Privacy Policy

The short version: your videos and photos are upscaled entirely on your Mac. We never upload, store, or see your media. The only personal data we handle is the minimum needed to sign you in and manage your access.

1. Your media stays on your device

All upscaling happens locally using on-device tools bundled with the App. Your source files and the upscaled results are never transmitted to us or any third party as part of processing.

2. Information we collect

Account information. If you sign in (for example, with Google), we receive basic profile details such as your name, email address, and profile image URL, which we store to create your account and determine your access (including lifetime-free eligibility).
Access status. We keep account records such as your user ID, sign-up date, last login, and whether your account has lifetime-free or paid access.
Website data. Standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the Site.
Local browser storage. The Site may store small items in your browser's local storage (for example, the interactive queue demo on the homepage). This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

3. How we use information

To create and manage your account and access.
To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To respond to support requests and feature feedback.
To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues.

4. Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate the Service, including Cloudflare (hosting, Workers, and database) and Google (sign-in). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@off.onl.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age required by your local law, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
