Most upscaling tools push your footage to a server and charge credits for every clip. We thought that was backwards. Modern Apple Silicon Macs are more than capable of running powerful super-resolution models locally, so we built an app that does exactly that, keeping your media on your machine and your money in your pocket.
What we believe
- Local-first. Your videos and photos are processed entirely on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded for upscaling.
- Privacy by default. We collect as little as possible, and your media is never part of it.
- No subscriptions. You shouldn't have to rent access to your own pixels. The first 100,000 people get lifetime free access.
- Craftsmanship. A clean, fast, native macOS experience that stays out of your way.
Built on open source
OFF stands on the shoulders of excellent open-source projects, including Real-ESRGAN for AI super-resolution and FFmpeg for media handling. We bundle these tools so the app works on a fresh Mac with nothing to install, and we keep the original audio of your videos intact.
